Cancelation Policy
To best serve all our clients we require a 24 HOUR CANCELLATION notice for individual services. Cancellations really hurt our business, any non attended or cancelled appointment within 24 hours will incur up to 100% cancelation fee charge.
Appointment Etiquette
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to change and relax. Showering before all body treatments is essential to make sure that your skin receives the optimal effectiveness from the products. Modesty is kept at all time during your treatment; you will be covered by warm blankets and soft towels at all times.
Attire
Please feel free to wear your own bathing suit for some of the body treatments.
Consultations
You will receive a comprehensive consultation prior to your appointment which is complimentary and confidential; this consultation is paramount to enable your therapist to deliver a customised treatment especially for you.
Contra-Indications
Please be aware that some treatments may not be suitable for some clients, this is why a thorough consultation is paramount.

All treatments are subject to availability.
Prices and opening times are correct at the time of printing but are subject to change without notice.
Some treatments may require a patch test 24hours prior to your appointment. You will be informed of this at the time of booking.
Aqua Sculpture Day Spa is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended at our premises; we can provide a locker to save keep your belongings.
Late arrivals will finish their treatments within the scheduled time while the fee will remain unchanged.
Body Treatments
We advise caution in the use of sauna, steam room, sun -bed, hot baths or swimming pool for at least 24 hours before and after certain treatments.
Waxing
Waxing requires hairs to be at least 3mm long. Trimming around the bikini area before any bikini wax is appreciated. Please do not put on any body lotion before waxing and do not use any fragrant lotions up to 24 hours after waxing. Caution is advised before taking a hot shower/bath, sun-beds, swimming and all other hot water therapies.
Self Tan
Please wear dark and loose clothes after Self tanning treatments and do not shower off at least 4-6 hours after treatment.
Pregnancy
Please notify us if you are pregnant, we have designed treatments with products & techniques that are safe during pregnancy. We will not take responsibility should we fail to be notified of the condition.
Parental Permission & Caution
We require parental permission for any client under the age of 18 for certain treatments. In the interests of the safety of both client and therapist, we reserve the right to refuse treatment if we deem it inappropriate.
Refunds
The Aqua Sculpture day Spa operates a Non-refund policy, if a treatment booked is paid for, the client will be required to re-schedule the appointment or take the same value in retail products. Gift Certificates are non refundable as are any retail products. Damaged goods will be replaced with the same at the time of purchase, or replaced with another of the same value.
Treatment Courses
Should a Client prefer to pay up front for a course of treatments, clients must use these treatments within a period of 6 months. Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Loyalty Cards
As a thank you for being a loyal client, the Aqua Sculpture day Spa offer's a complementary Full Body Massage on your 7th visit! Complementary massage must be taken during off-peak hours Monday - Friday. Unfortunately we are unable to offer the free treatment during weekends or peak seasons. Complementary massage is valid only when presenting a verified full stamped loyalty card.
